A private correspondence club for Americans and Scots
For the Love of Tartan™ is a private correspondence club for Americans and Scots drawn to letters, heritage, friendship, and meaningful connection across the water.
It was created for people who want something slower than a dating app and more intentional than a public Facebook group.
A place with a door.
A place where connection is not rushed, performed, or made cheap.
The public side of For the Love of Tartan™ begins with letters: notes, essays, founder updates, correspondence prompts, and stories about heritage, travel, family history, Scotland, America, and the strange pull of places across the water.
The private side begins with The Tartan Letter Club™.
The Tartan Letter Club™ will be a moderated membership circle for people who want to connect more intentionally through correspondence, introductions, and future gatherings.
This is not a place for anonymous profiles.
It is not a place for scams, pressure, or spectacle.
It is not a visa service, immigration service, financial assistance platform, or dating marketplace.
It is a quieter room for people who believe friendship, story, and meaningful connection still matter.
Members will be invited carefully. Applications will be reviewed. The room will have rules because the room matters.
The first circle will open in stages.
For now, you may subscribe free to receive the public letters. When membership opens, those who feel drawn to the private circle may apply to join.
